I am 43 years old and have extensive experience in cable television, public broadcasting and commercial thematic TV channels area. In 2009. I have joined Council for Electronic Media that governs the Agency for Electronic Media, independent media regulating body in Croatia

Robin Blake, Executive Director of ICT & Society Division, leads the strategic planning of the division and oversees major efforts in digital communications literacy, ICT skills development and studying the impact of ICT on society.

Blake brings with him over 20 years of experience working to promote digital inclusion. Prior to joining ictQATAR, Blake was Head of Media Literacy with Ofcom, the United Kingdom’s communications regulator. There he was responsible for the development and implementation of Ofcom's strategy and priorities for promoting media literacy. Blake has also worked with the Independent Television Commission, UK; Resource Base, a communications company specializing in education and training; and Television South (TVS).

Blake holds a Masters degree in Education from the University of Southhampton and a Bachelors degree in Science from the University of London.
